If you are a customer of a merchant using ReturnBear and you need help with your return, then you need to contact that merchant directly. They will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your return with them.

Merchants have complete access to your order information and return details. They can:


✓ Resend any emails related to your return, including those containing either your QR code or shipping label

✓ Check on the status of your return

✓ Check on the status of your refund, gift card for store credit, or exchange

✓ Assist with requests to modify the details of your return

✓ Assist if you are having trouble creating a return request

In most cases, you can get in touch with a merchant by using any of the following methods:

  • Replying to your original order confirmation email
  • Sending an email to the merchant's email address
  • Using a contact form found on the merchant's website
  • Sending the merchant a message over social media

ReturnBear offers the following Return Services:

You are able to select your preferred return service when submitting your return request through the merchant's portal.

Which ReturnBear Return Point can I visit to complete my return?

If you selected Return for Instant Refund as your Return Service, you can visit any of ReturnBear's Return Points to drop-off your return regardless of which location you selected when creating your return request.

Which post office should I visit to mail-in my return? 

ReturnBear partners with a variety of carriers. If you selected Return via Courier as your Return Service, the courier will be displayed in the portal as well as on the shipping label provided by ReturnBear.

Package your return and visit any of that courier's locations to mail-in your return.

I need to make changes to my return request, what do I do?

To make changes to your return request, contact the merchant you purchased from for assistance.

I haven't received my refund, what should I do?

If you are experiencing a delay in receiving your refund, first check your inbox for an email from ReturnBear. Some returns may occasionally require additional inspection, which can delay in processing.

If you do not see an email from ReturnBear notifying you about a delay, contact the merchant you purchased from for assistance.

ReturnBear cannot release funds to customers on behalf of merchants.

What is required to complete a Return for Instant Refund?

To complete a Return for Instant Refund, all you need to do is bring the item(s) you are returning and your ReturnBear QR code (found in the email sent to you after your return request was approved) to the ReturnBear Return Point nearest you.

You are not required to provide any packing or shipping materials for Returns for Instant Refund.

What is required to complete a Return via Courier?

To complete a Return via Courier, you will need to package the item(s) you are returning into shipping materials, print out your shipping label (found in the email sent to you after your return request was approved), and attach the label to the packaged item(s).

From there, bring the package to the post office of the carrier displayed on the shipping label.

When will I receive my QR code or shipping label?

You will receive an email containing the QR code or shipping label required for completing your return via email once your return request has been approved.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Depending on the merchant's return policy and offerings, you will be able to select how you wish to receive reimbursement for your return from the following options:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method
  • Gift card for Store Credit
  • Exchange

Payout method can be chosen per item being returned.

Reimbursement is triggered at the time of drop-off for Returns for Instant Refund or when a return is processed at a ReturnBear warehouse for Returns via Courier.
