How do I get access to the Knowledge Center?
Access to the ReturnBear Knowledge Center is provided to approved merchants and partners only. If you do not yet have an account:

Reach out to your ReturnBear account manager, or

Email support@returnbear.com with your name, company, and role.
Our team will confirm your eligibility and send you login credentials.
I received an invite. How do I log in for the first time?

Click the link in your invite email.

Enter the temporary password provided.

You will be prompted to set your own secure password.

Once complete, you can log in anytime at knowledge.returnbear.com.
How do I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it:

Go to the Knowledge Center login page.

Click “Forgot your password?”

Enter your registered email address.

Follow the reset instructions sent to your inbox.
If you don’t receive the reset email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. Still no luck? Contact support@returnbear.com.
Can I change the email address linked to my account?
Yes. Please contact support@returnbear.com with your current account email and the new email address you’d like to use. Our team will update your account and send you a confirmation.
Can multiple team members at my company have access?
Absolutely. Each user needs their own login to ensure security. Ask your account manager or email support@returnbear.com to request additional accounts for your team.
Why is the Knowledge Center password protected?
The Knowledge Center contains merchant- and partner-only resources, such as operational guides, integration instructions, and partner playbooks. Password protection ensures that only authorized users can access this information.
What should I do if I’m locked out?
If you enter the wrong password too many times, you may be temporarily locked out. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or reset your password. If you continue having issues, reach out to support@returnbear.com.
