Step 1: Receive Your Invite

New users will receive an email invitation from support@returnbear.com.

The invite includes your login link and a temporary password.
Tip: If you don’t see the invite in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder. The email looks like this:
Step 2: Log In for the First Time

Click the login link in your invite email.

Enter your email address and the temporary password provided.

You’ll be prompted to create your own secure password.
Step 3: Bookmark the Login Page
The Knowledge Center can be accessed anytime at:
Save it to your browser bookmarks for easy access.
Step 4: Reset Your Password (If Needed)
If you forget your password:

Go to the login page.

Click “Forgot your password?”

Enter your registered email address.

Check your inbox for a reset link.
Step 5: Add Additional Team Members
Need more of your team to have access?
- Email support@returnbear.com with the names and emails of additional users.

Once logged in, you’ll have access to:
